- Accompany on up to 3 community tours
- Attend initial care conference at community

Personal Guide
For families looking for a guiding light we offer:
- Initial phone consultation
- In-person follow-up
- Tour Scheduling
- Accompany 3 or more community tours
- 1 hour with licensed family counselor
- 1 hour with elder law attorney -or- financial advisor.
- Attend inital care conference
- Post move in follow-up
- Announced or unannounced visits
- Attend 60 or 90 day care conference.
- 1 year follow-up
- Continued availability for future phone consultations
- Access to resource referrals
